There is never been a burnout quite like right now
I want to write but the creative juices are not in tow
There is no way around the block I've been put in
Why are the words just not coming to me
When I can see the plot in my head
But the chapter is stuck and left for dead
Where are your paths when they need to be here?
Why can't they help in the deep depths of the pier.
There is no anger or anxiety or fear.
Just emptiness where you should be.
Your words and your story cannot be told.
If you don't give me the motivation to move it forward.
Where is the easy flow or light work.
It is feeling worse than classwork.
Give me a job and I got that down.
But a side project seems like a failure in the making.
No inspiration to give me. No forward thinking to push it through.
WHY CAN'T I WRITE?!?
Thank you writer's block for completely stopping my process.
I just want to use this break wisely, but my stories are saying otherwise...
As they stay where they are.
STUCK IN TIME.
